Iris Barger is a visionary costumer who has experience as a draper, tailor, wardrobe head and more. She is proficient in the shop, behind the stage, and in the fitting room; and has experience in both men’s and women’s wear, period clothing, distressing, alterations, fine art, and much more. Through her work at UNC School of the Arts and other opportunities, she has gained her sense of professionalism, her dedication to quality and excellence, her ability to connect with others in the shop as well as performers, and her technical expertise. She is continuing to seek opportunities to grow as a technician, a team leader, and a colleague.
